Dr. Jay Hambleton, General Dentist
Throughout his 30+ years in general dentistry, Dr. Jay Hambleton has been at the forefront of advancements in dental technology, as both a dentist & an educator.
Everyone deserves a happy, healthy smile. Dr. Jason (or Dr. Jay as many know him) uses the latest in computerized dentistry to help his patients achieve optimal dental health with better, faster results and less discomfort or inconvenience. He specializes in laser dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and digital restorative dentistry. Dr. Jason has been a referring dentist for Infant Laser-Assisted Lip and Tongue Tie Revisions for over a decade. He is passionate about oral health for our tiniest patients.
He graduated from the University of Alberta, DDS Dentistry in 1993. Since 2009, Dr. Jay has been an educational mentor and has taught digital dentistry in Canada and the US. Dr. Jay has been a certified CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramic) mentor and trainer with ISCD, the International Society of Computerized Dentistry, for computer-aided CAD-CAM dentistry. From routine checkups to advanced dental therapies, your smile is in good hands with Dr. Jason Hambleton.

Dr. Mike Grant joins Breton Dental Clinic as a proud graduate of the University of Alberta.
Originally from Lethbridge, Dr. Mike is passionate about patient-centered care and values building meaningful relationships with his patients. Dr. Mike’s favorite part of dentistry is getting to know his patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals. He is excited to welcome new patients and is committed to serving the community with compassion and excellence.
As the newest dentist at Breton Dental, Dr. Mike focuses on general dentistry services and strives to provide comfortable, high-quality care for every patient. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and spending time outdoors.

Pleased to Offer Infant Tongue & Lip Tie Revisions
Laser frenectomy is a painless treatment that prevents nursing difficulties now and speaking difficulties later.
A newborn who suffers from tongue-tie may be referred for a frenectomy. This corrective surgery clips the restrictive frenum tissue to provide a greater range of motion important for nursing and speaking. Early intervention is key, but many parents are hesitant.
